Description
Made with Rhino 3.0 Evaluation version. I've been struggling to learn NURB modeling for a while now, it seems now that I'm sort of getting the hang of it. This is the first semi-advanced thing I've done, but it is hardly finished.
As for the car itself, I just went along, improvising. I was just glad I could *finally* get something resembling a car :)
The front looks like the front of one of those TVR Tuscan cars, the roof is kinda shaped like the Porsche roofs, and the rear of the car... well, I rushed that. I think the roof is a bit too huge, but its the best one out of all the shapes and sweeps I could muster. Any car enthusiasts / fellow Rhino users here want to give some critiques about this car so far, or hints-n-tips on car modeling/designing in general, I'd much appreciate :-)

Looks like your on the right track. I haven't a clue as to any tips with the modeling. I have tryed Raydream and I think it is something like rhino, but am not sure. It is very diffcult to manipulate the pieces as you make them. As for this particular model, I agree that the roof is too tall. Lowering its height would help a lot. The rear of the car looks decent. If you could start your curve inward at about the half way point of the rear wheelwell, I think it would improve it. I'm making that judgement from looking at the perspective line running down the bottom side of the car. Keep up the good work. I'm going to bookmark your gallery to follow your progress. Hopefully I may learn something myself.
