Nice pic, what i can see is the top lip needs to be a little thinner on the left hand side(her right) and the shading on the righthand side of her nose (her left) needs to come up a little highter, and her hair on the left (her right) needs some dark shading on the undernieth. /imho/ but all in all a nice piece

the advices above are correct, I would add you would give her sight's much more depth by adding a darkened line on the top of her eyelids, and variating eyelashes colours and consistenci. But I have also to say you are for instance incredibly getting better at mouth's and lips' definition. She looks real, absolutely real. I am very impressed :)

Very good anthony, the only problem being, the image is rather large to load if it were a bit smaller it would be easier to see the full face. We all view things in a different way, perhaps all these critiques are quite unnecessary..the image if very good..

Hello Anthony, Good work, I like the colour of the eyes. there is depht in her eyes. You asked for it, so: maybe more space between lips and teeth (depht if right spelling) and less white. the shading was better in upside down, It's less thin and at some places look like wrinkles (lips and her right eye) But I repeat it, good work!

I realize that the vast majority of those willing to give advice on improvement, have their hearts intent in the right place - however, it should be noted here that this render is based upon a real person, and to apply all the suggestions so far inferred would only serve to turn this lovely portraiture into a different person. All that is required is a little gentle work with a smudge tool to soften and smooth the brush strokes which are responsible for making her look older than she really is. You are always very efficient at doing excellent portraits that look exactly like the person you are drawing/painting - all that's required my friend is softening your brush strokes. I so prefer this warm, glowing render to the Poser images and their blank expressionless stares. Excellent work my friend, and each new effort will see you improve.
