Description

I realize this is NOT "a fractal", and I just thought I'd demo one of the other things you can do with/inside XenoDream. This image was done using one of the new features in the latest beta version of XenoDream which allows you to map, use and/or assign jpeg/bitmap/psd files to objects via Metamorph Coloring. While there's an almost endless number of ways you can use this feature, I just used a photo that I took, assigned it to a single/holon "plane" and then used a secondary metamorph to drive the basic effect. Finally, and just for grins, I decided that since I was off the beaten "fractal path", I'd just go ahead and use the XD "depth filter" to pump up the texture. I got lazy and in a hurry and did some desaturation in PS...but other than that, no other post-processing outside of XD.
