Description

i do *not* like Legolas. Or the Flouncing Flower Fairy as i prefer to call him *hides from seething fangirls* Drew this as a present for a friend who does. Subject matter aside, i actually do like this sketch. Might eventually CG this. Anyone's free to take a stab if they want. Thanks for viewing ^_^

very cool, loose but good. i cant believe ya dont like him, he's so much better than Froto....what a waste. and all dwarves suck. but anyway great image. nice position and such and i like the forearm things. "Tonight...WE FEAST ON MANFLESH!"

thanks guys ^^ heh, it's the most detail i've done on a costume in a while... partially inspired by the friend i drew this for - she does amazingly detailed pics! She was happy with the pic, thankfully ^^

Strangely, i don't particularly like any of the LotR guys ^^; i guess the fact that practically every female is swooning over Legolas somehow put me off. Okay, he's aesthetically pleasing, but he seemed rather spaced out in the movie...

Well, you certainly didn't let your feelings get in the way of doing a marvelous job on this picture; your friend is very fortunate to have such a talented companion. Personally, I think Legolas has a lot more to recommend him than Orlando Bloom's pretty face...his bloodline, for one. Thranduil and Oropher kick all the @ss there is. ;) Anyway, I like the picture. It's recognizably Legolas, but it looks like you put a bit of your own spin on the character's face rather than attempt to copy photographs of Mr. Bloom from the movie. Please, continue.
