Description
This is a character in a GURPS campaign. She's pretty cool. Obviously not a fighter, she CAN take care of herself. Her main strength, though, is in being able to enhance any team; she has so many skills that simply adding her is nearly the equivalent of having 10 other people. Sure, there are others with more skill in some areas, but o one has as much skill distribution as she does.
The moniker has to do with her skills as a surgeon, not as any kind of killer. (Actually, she cannot kill or allow anyone to die, and has even risked her life to save her enemies, much to the chagrin of some of the other characters. That doesn't mean she can't shoot you, just that she can't shoot you in the head.)
She is ambidexterous, and that's why she can throw a knife and aim a gun at the same time (if the knife-wound to your gun hand doesn't discourage you enough). She is a walking arsenal. Ok, not like most fighters. The silver balls are actually a bolas (disguised as a decoration), the earrings are smoke bombs, her top conceals more throwing daggers, she has a lock-pick in her shorts (in case she gets handcuffed), and then there's the stuff you CAN'T see.
All in all, she's my favorite character I've ever played.
