Description
My first Poser-centered image that I am happy with. And the most work to date I have done with a poser figure.
Contructed and textured in Bryce 4. Most mats mine, or tweaks of exsisting ones. Coat, hat, lamps and bench from the www. My cane, bottles, letters.
All the fog was made using spheres and a cube with Cottonball2, tweaked. No Bryce atmos. fog was used. About 10 lights. The poster on the wall is a police drawing from the time (1888) about the Ripper, placed on a 2d square.
Minimal post, the mustache, the watch chain and a couple fog touchups. Slight blur and desat.

The text at the bottom is lifted from an actual Ripper letter. It says: My knife's so nice and sharp. I want to get to work right away if I get a chance... Yours truly, Jack the Ripper

ah, great! it's self-referential,in that it could be made into a page of a paper and put back on the wall. again! great use of the figure - the sepia world helps diminish any "poser-ish-ness" and helps the mood at the same time, so a double victory! :-)
