Description
Just playing around. I tried to find out how to create a spacial rift. This one is using volumeric lightning. Does anyone know how i can make a rift where a ship enters it one side, without the problem that i can see it on the other side?

Whoa! Terrific render! Not sure how you'd manage that "rift" effect, but I'd certainly like to know how it's done too. Well done! This one definitely gets a Hot20 vote from me. :o)

Create a wall in space where its going to occure and use it as the entrance it self when it opens. Then it will close. Just make the ship hide on the timeline as its going through it. It think. - James lol
