Description

This was shot at one of the most photographed plantation houses in the southern Louisiana area. About 30 minutes outside of New Orleans this beautiful location has been used as a location for many films such as Interview with the Vampire. On the day I shot this it was on a day with frequent heavy downpours. This I think was in my favor because it created that mist that obscures the distant views of telephone poles and traffic. This way you can pretend to be in 19th century Creole Neow Orleans.

Very cool shot. Nice job with the post work too. I like the glooiness of the trees and the rain also the reflection off the stone walkway.
