Nice and creepy - Maybe nudge down the shine a bit, or add more noise to the specular colour? But it's looking quite creepy, especially the pink eyes.

This is a VERY good likeness of that hybred alien in the final Alien movie. Perhaps a bit more slime was drippping of if it in the movie, but, no question, you've captured its form and essence remarkably.
