I really like the reflection in the water, and the texture on the columns is very good too. The only thing that could be worked on is the ship. It looks washed out for some reason and could benefit from some more defining detail. Other than that, this is a really nice effort.

Outstanding job, I love the composition and lighting. Really dramatic haze. I only don't know why sails are creating reflections. Overall you should be proud of it, it's excellent.

re: alvinylaya's comment, the sails are showing reflections because I ungrouped the ship object and applied a glass effect to the sails as I couldm't design/source fabric textures, NEOII

Other than the ship needing a little work, this is really great. Love the towering pillars, the reflections in the water, and the whole atmosphere. Great job on your first Bryce post. Hope to see many more...:)

This is way good, specially for a first. Agree with alvinylaya on the sail's reflections. I'm sure you will find a way to ged rid of this. Other than that, the image is great! Complimenti!

I like the composition, reflections and the light in this. The ship would be more convincing with clearer detail and a more realistic sail texture, but those are small points. You could add a little drama by breaking off the tops of the columns - sailing through the lost city of the giants. Now I'm going to have to go watch 'Jason and the Argonauts' again :-)

try a different texture on the sails, I think the transparency looks odd. The columns are perfect, good idea, and good execution. Keep at it.
