Oh, wow!!! I'm 33 years old, and when I was 6, I think, "A Princess of Mars" was the first novel I ever read, and "John Carter, Warlord of Mars" was the first comic series I ever got into!!! Thank, februus, for bringing back a character from my childhood!!! It's cool to know that there's other fans out there!!! KAOR!!!

I agree with the above. Thanks so much for taking me back to the images from so long ago. I seem to remember that Deja Thoris was of the Red Men of Mars race, though; wouldn't her skin be more red? Or am I mistaken? I'd love to see your crack at Tars Tarkas.... Great work!
