A magnificent job! The only suggestion would be to put some sky in there. The white in the background seems too stark (to me anyways) and doesn't seem to work right with the shadows and lighting throughout the rest of the image. Other than that, it's perfect! :)

I disagree about the bg: The "blown-out" all light sky area makes it feel like a properly exposed photograph... you set it for the dark areas to read true, and then the blowout happens naturally in unshaded areas; Done very well here. My only complaint is with her mouth, which seems to have seam problems in the corners. The composition and colors are great.
