Totally awesome!!! Yeah looks abit like something from the Matrix. I must ask; how did you make the coils on the "tentacles". Are they modelled or just textured? Nice work!!!

Coils on tyhe tentacles are just a bump map, really straight forward to be honest. I mapped them using cylindrical mapping before I morphed the tenticles into the twisty pose.
