Wow. This is very impressive work you have here. But if you want any small suggestions, the lighting looks a little off to me. Maybe it you make it darker with the only light coming from the 2 dim lamps, the lanterns on the wall, and the fire, you could have a really moody image. Just a though. Keep up the great work! -DBZ-

OUTSTANDING realism! It does appear though to have more than one main light in it, but that's not immediately obvious, and I don't see it as a problem anyway.

Yes, the lighting could be perfected. Here are a couple of tips. I would have started with an omni light in the fireplace with a slight yellow colour, shadows on and the attenuation-decay thats on inverse should start... ...maybe at the edge of the carpet. Then I would have put spotlights in the lamps, white or gray light, shadows on. Im unsure about where the decay should start though. "General lighting" should not have shadows on... at least not more than one. Right now youve got shadows from many different angles, which is fine but it looks weird when you cant determine where the lights come from. First I though that you were going for the effect of the sun comming in from a roof window but then I noticed that its dark outside the window to the right... The scene is great however and with the right light this picture would be next to perfection. I didnt bother to rate this since I dont know if youve created the furniture yourself or if you used ready Autocad files but if you made it all I want you to know that its a 10.

This is a really beautiful interior, very well modeled and textured, but, as Tech_Marker has said, the right way to lighting it's radiosity (by the way, I'm one of the very few Lightscape users at this forum). Then, the light sources could be the lamps existing in the scene, and... the fire! Anyway, my rating it's 10, for the modeling.

Thank you for all the comments. For Jacko: Almost all the supplies are created by me and some are free has to take on my site in .max or .3ds For the lights: 1. Architecture rendering always does not make it possible to make "ambiance" images , the customer want only to include/understand the volumetrie of its stay, the details are only for my pleasure perso, and I often have recomputes an picture too personal with the taste of the architect. 2. I have not Lightscape or mentalray :o( the light is currently my bigger problem, and I seek solutions which do not cost too much in calculating times. "Sorry for my bad english"
