he he .. creative and original idea. I did try something similar, using a photo of my head as terrain in my 'under the surface' but only showed my nose and little of my glasses, so no one saw it as a face I think :( You made it very good here, so one can actually recognize a person .. not that I recognice that it is you. Somehow reminds me of a poster in that special Andy Warhol style. .. Agree with the above said, you may have problems using it in your passport also :-D Excellent work!
