just finished this took about an hour to do reading a tutorial it is my first head/organic type model so i was looking for tips on what can be done to make it better no texture have been applied bar the quick preset

Not bad for your first 3d head. Maybe give him a thicker bottom lip and a little bit of form around the eyesocket. Keep it up mate ;)
