Description
This image was built and rendered in Carrara Studio 2.
The HUD and gage displays use image files from Photoshop and Illustrator. Files from .mov and .AVI are also used. The canopy is in the open position and uses a pivot to close.
The hanger Backdrop is from an old Carrara 1.1 rendered image. Photoshop is used for post work. AE is used for flight and movement.
Notes:
This is not intended to be a present day aircraft cockpit.
For the animation, this craft was designed to fly in space and in a planets atmosphere at any given time. Please take a look at my old images of the Gun-Ray or Visit the old KR web site for reference.

looks fine by me. I'm not a pilot either, 'cept for about 5 minutes in a 172..;)

Nicely done tying it all together, including the out-of-focus components!

Excellent layout. One question on the right bank of dials. The top left dial seems to have a different backplate than every other gauge in the image. Is this intentional or is it a lighting issue?

It is intentional. I wanted to try and give each group of gages a different look. Some old some new.
