Thanks! The clock and TV were modeled after photos I found on the web. By the way, though you can't really tell in this small render, the magazine on the table is the April 20, 1959 issue of "Life", with Marilyn Monroe on the cover.

Thanks again to all your kind words. locomouse: Actually, there were shadows on the curtains from the valance, but I lowered the position of the light to make it more like a standing lamp. The shadows are now being cast upwards, out of sight.

This image shows great compositional ability and awareness in the juxtaposition of the various shapes/objects. I also like the overall texturing and lighting. I see VERY few images as good as this!
