:):):) I used two layers here and used an accented edges filter on the bottom layer and used the eraser tool at 25 percent on top and erased parts so parts would sort of glow...I like the effect ....You?

great looking character!, although i find the glowing edges in the car a bit distracting & takes away from the main subject imho
