Interesting picture.-----Forgive my ignorance. I am still learning photography. When you are using slow shutter speed, do you have to alter the f-stop? If so, does it need to be higher or lower? When I try slow shutter speeds I end up way over exposing and burning the image. What do I need to try? I doubt I will make it back around to check the comments on this image.
