I think the stockings are a little too overdone. 'background' drawn in very quickly. hands still a problem.

I don't think the hands are all that bad, I'd actually suggest spending a little more time on her head - her eyes are too high and her right shoulder is too broad. Keep praciticing, I think you could do very well.
