Looks fantastic. Bio technology is very interesting (I presume it to be bio tech). Could be de-aging machine as the character looks old and wrinkly. P.s., I hope you liked my edit of your Spawn image.

I really like the imperfections here... the grubby marks, the "jump lines" of the scan... they contribute to the sense of movement. Wicked stuff :-)
