What comment? What suggestion? It's one of the neatest, original-est, best composed UW scenes I saw in a long while. You have my excellent rank and my vote. [Ok. Just found one nittypick: maybe the water surface is a tad too regular.]

This is very good. I really like the POV here. The water is excellent too. What is the story for this scene? Maybe the title says it all, but I am not familar with the word "Dolja", so I am not sure. Anyway you did an excellent job on this one. I enjoyed it.

Very nice setting, angle of view pleases the eye. Maybe change the water turbulance somewhat, but other that that I like it.
