Description

This is my first image to create using Terragen. Please give me some advice/comments/praise/remarks ( be nice though :) ) Thanks

It is very good for first image. My comments would be to have less transparency in the water and make it smoother. Maybe move camera lower for this POV. Edit your surface map to not have green grass above snow on hills. And use Terragen to the hilt for making awesome skys :)

I agree, very impressive first Terragen image. Wonderful fresh atmosphere. Light/shadow work, the water (and transparancy) is wonderful imo. Sky is a perfect! My suggestion would be to improve the surface map (more layers to mainly stone, grass). Finally it would be nice if you posted you image in a bit bigger size eg. 800x600 (if it is then too blurred you can make a sharpen as postwork eg. in Paint Shop Pro, Photoshop or similar).
