This is simply stunning and fantastic! Truly beautiful work. I love how it captures the spirit of a living creature so well and the eyes are excellent.

Your wife has an amazing level of skill in capturing realism and beauty in this piece. These are such mystical creatures and her portrayal does them incredible justice. Excellent in every way!

This is one of the most incredible wildlife realisms that I have seen. I am a huge fan of wildlife, and this is incredible, I cannot find any other words right now except incredible. Your wife should be awarded for such an outstanding talent. My god, this is incredible, oh crap, I said it again. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

As a mixed medium, 2D artist myself, I truly can appreciate this magnificent oil painting. Oils are not the easiest or most cooperative of the various mediums to work with, and more so when painting wildlife. This is right up there on a par with John Seery Lester, Charles Frace, and a few other top wildlife artists. Your wife's skills are certainly well honed, and you both have every right to be proud of this magnificent likeness. The eyes have wonderful depth and expressiveness, and the gorgeous build up in the coat is exceptionally professional. Truly an awe-inspiring piece of work - and I honestly hope there will be more - now this is ART!
