The high res. rock in the right is wonderful and the rest of the image, too; just a little thing: the lower brwon surface is (imo) a bit too boring with too much bumpiness. Btw: at the moment I am rendering my first 20492049 terrain in 14081056 pixles and it takes a LOOONG time (especially the terrain).

The brown surface needs the bumpiness (imo) otherwise it would be boring. Image is excellent despite minimal colour.

Yes, this is fantastic. That close of view of the big stone in the lift side is a masters touch. Yes, that pov is like flying, and I also agree the the surface is perfect.. the bumps in the browns makes it look like vegetation (dry bush or similar). So simple and toned down coloring, and yet with a strong impact. Light and the high contrast shadows are just wonderful.
