Description

Edit: Oops had comments off, sorry. I added things other than spheres to the pic now (as requested). The cards I Scanned in, Looking back I should have given them more bump, hinesight is always 20:20. Played with some DOF, didn't get it right. My first attempt at using it.. a 6 hour render so didn't really feel like re rendering. 256 ray sampling /Radiosity faked lighting /true ambiance /blurred reflections. Comments and suggestions welcomed. the original pics are here: http://www.renderosity.com/viewed.ez?galleryid=340081&Start=1&Artist=Ornlu&ByArtist=Yes

Evermore, Yeah the blur is too much it's in the explaination, my first attempt at it. But there are 0 bump maps in this image so no clue what you're talking about there... Perhaps you need to consult the books on what a bump map is.

Another beautiful attempt, Ornlu. Excellent all the way (I was going to criticize the blur, but I see you already done it yourself :))

I said how real I thought this looked when you posted in the Forum and haven't changed my mind. This is about as photographic a Bryce render as I have seen. If anyone can show me a more realistic render, please post a link in the Bryce Forum, I'm always interested in work that really tests the limits of what Bryce can do. Bravo, Ornlu.
