it's certainly true that you learn something new each time you do it. I think ou need to concentrate on really defining the shape of the nose, add a chin etc. Once thing I really recommend is either (or both!) a book on sketching the human figure or face, and perhaps a fashion / hair magazine. They both make great references to get the shapes and proportions roughly right.

I have a book of head sketches somewhere around here =P I agree that i gotta define the shapes more but i also dont want them Too realistic looking, kinda goind for the cartoon style =P thx for the advice, and thx for ur comment =)
