Ok, keeping this constructive. Nothing in the pic is really the focal point, blurred over all...Not too sure about the streams, nice texture with the lightning But the surface underneath is way too stretched. The clouds on the planet are way too specular, the land doesn't really look realistic/bump map is way too high, and yes, that is what a "too high" bump map looks like =), the scale of a mountain's elavation from space looks like nothing, ever seen a satelite image of mount everest? Finally, would never be 2 different kinds of flares in one pic. One is from one type of lense, the other is from a lense with a star filter. Just some constructive C's.

I like the particle beams and this pic overall though you could unblur the ships and decrease the planet's surface bump. Oh and lose the lens flare!
