Description

I've been looking for the perfect "Princess of the Wastelands" face, and I think this one fits....She's Stormi's Tallulah for Stephanie. Trying her out gave me a good chance to use the POW outfit (and bring Stephanie out of hiding.) I now remember why she was my favorite character for a long time....Vicky can never quite get that look. I used a NASA photo of the Orion Nebula for the background, thus the name...

This is gorgeous. It's often difficult to max and match outfits by multiple vendors, and you did it beatufully. I may have to give Stephanie another chance, too.
