Very good POV and deapth of view you managed to get here, seldom seen for pictures with such relative flat terrain. Terrain and water is also very good. I think a good idea might be to add some more layers and children to the texture (with only slight changes in colring (ie. colour steps of max 10 each time you add a new layer). Great picture, with the potential to be excellent with some work on the texture :-)

Thank you Xlars for your comments.A couple of days ago I printed out Jo Meder's Tutorial on Surface Map Guide,all 37 pages and I have been reading about it but sad to say I have never attempted to even try it.Everyone seems to be so far ahead of me as to how to go about using all one can use with Terragen.So when I have more time to experiment with these things,I will just have to be content to plod along as I am.There are so many experts using Terragen,I think it would be wonderful if the people who wish to would write out a few tutorials to help the rest of us to improve our renderings.It would be greatly appreciated.
