Done in Poser 5 using the P4 renderer, with a minimal amount of postwork in Photoshop.

Beautiful! Very realistic scene! Her expression is priceless. You might want to blur the background a little or add some noise to the foreground and figure to make them match better.

I just know she is looking at a passing car, imagining the 'wonderful ' destination it's occupants are travelling to. Dreaming of a life she could have had. Great job, you could read a thousand different meanings from her expression.
