All is perfect, but I think that blur over left arm looks sharped, try blur it with a brush until looks smooth.

wow--amazing work. ive seen alot of dragon pics here--but this one is really unique. excellent technique, esp with the lighting. excellent work, and definetley a vote for the hot20.
