It looks very well done and impressive...but when you look at it more closely, it seems like its a black structure instead of a ship. No windows(even though ships don't always have them), no thrusters, etc...basically the things that give it the true feeling of a space ship...

Well, glade someone pointed it out. The rings around the sides, are in fact ver strong magnets, that allow an invisable (but huge) solar sail made from ion's emited from the greenish bit. The black structure is actualy perfectly smooth to allow the cesium-based-quatom wave former to work. The apparent defect are deu to tiny spacial distortions in the quatom ripples.

I like what you have done here, so original. you have taken the Sona ship from the movie STAR TREK: INSURRECTION and given it a headband design.
