Thanks for showing an interest in my images. I'm a single dad in my mid fourties living in a small town just outside Reno Nevada. Besides raising my daughter (9) I'm an avid 3d max and photoshop user. BIO I started messing around with 3d programs after I got ms and had to retire.I used to play blues guitar but that ended when the MS started effecting my hands. I also was painter but on a large scale. The average canvas size was 14 feet by 48 feet... I was a billboard painter :) at least now I can keep my feet on the ground to make a picture. Besides my work here you can also see my work in the board game Duel Of Ages. Check it out here duelofages.com

great work as usual lon...but a little cretic wont hurt your work...it is about the wall's material...it looks like a layer of ice start to melt...it need more depth and sharp edges...maybe some cracks should do it perfect..thank u for ur lovely works...great!

Great pic! It reminds my of Juliet's balcony;-) I agree with mohammeds about the wall texture, maybe there's too much stone showing through.

A melting wall, that's COOL!!! :)

Excellent models, Lon! Not sure if that stone would be covered with anything... I'd rather go with the bare stone wall.

I could see the wall being covered, i just dont think the parts that had fallen away would do so as clean as they have, it almost looks like nothing was ever over the stone, but i agree its a great image, we spend too much time rationalizing artwork as is, I should shut up and continue enjoying it now

Great work, Lon! OK, this white stuff is strange and image hasn't integrity, but i like all your materials for each detail separately! Great modelling for extended parts and vegetation, however!

Wow, that really is amazing work. The texturing is just perfect. Excellent.

Actually, i agree with others about the melting wall. I was really confused when i saw that! But other parts are beautiful! If you apply some blur and place it printed on the wall, you'll not decide wherever it's real or rendered!

I'd like to know how you textured the wall and the moss. Did you model the stucco and bricks seperatley or is it one big texture map? All your work is great.
