One of my first pics, tell me what you think, rate it if you want and I will be greatful.
If you have any suggestions how I could improve my picture that would be great aswell.

Very nice for one of your first images! And quite an ambitious subject aswell! The only two things that are bothering me really is the size of the render, it always helps to render at least 640x480. And the main problem is the blast from the asteroid seems to be casting a shadow on the earth. When I think that upon impact like this the earth would be lit up by the flash for hundreds of miles (I think). But apart from those small issues, it's a very nice and interesting image. Keep it up!

Well thank you Chris ,just for you I will get on it right away. I cant do anything about the size but I will adjust the effects.

Doesnt make me think Impact... no Sir... more of a Big Muthu F*&#;er of a Space Ship has Blasted the planet with some Kind of Weapon wich is Distorting Space as it Strikes... I love it... you get my Vote man!
