BIO
Since 1993 the Dutch couple, Willem and Madeleine, have been working together in different fields of the arts and chose Hyperborea, as their professional name.
Being sculptors by trade, they have created a substantial collection of stone and bronze sculptures.
They've discovered the realm of computer graphics and this resulted in a large number of 3D renderings of alien landscapes inhabited with graceful life forms.
Most recently they have been working together on various projects in which they combine their sculptures, 3D artworks and original electronic ambient music into multi-media presentations.
Living in the south of The Netherlands, they have their own gallery and sculpture garden where visitors can experience their work.

The thin lines of the model are confused with the stars. In my opinion too many stars. There is sky in the background, but the stars are in front of the clouds :( I don't like the image, for me is very poor

Such melancholy beauty. Reminds me of when I was a boy living on the farm and the sky just overflowing with stars. so many in the milky way that it was just a paint brush swipe of pale white. and then came over population and light scatter, and retirement for my 600 and 900MM scopes. Memories and melancholy aside - I see a concept of a tool of the Creator poised at galaxys edge dutifully creating ecospheres for life to populate. Quite a thought. Thank you my friends. Another great work to your credit.
