what did you do the texturing in? cos it looks like the floor texture is set to 'environ' rather than 'texture' (in 3d max). its hard to explain the difference if you dont already know what i mean. but good work anyway!

I agree with milly, the groud texture looks abit strange. You should increase the shadow map size to avoid that aliasing effect. Good pic anyway, specially if youre still learning 3ds max. Keep it up!

There is a proportion problem I think. The chair seems huge to the table... Also the things on the wall seem even huger. The modelling is nice!

cool pic once again. i agree with the floor comment, you need to add the texture you are using as a bitmap to the floor materials diffuse slot. other than that, the plant on the right of the image could use some work. overall really great though. keep it up.

chair is missing a leg. proportions need work as well. good start for just learning.

Try perhaps using different textures on the pieces of furniture so that they don't have that clone look. What about the texture for the lampshade, maybe more solid? Maybe also reduce the strength of the light or the contrast of the shadows, but then again, what do I know. I like it.

Cool pic. Seems too me the shadows on the floor are way too dark. It's still a nice pic though.

Great rendering and modelling. Keep sticking it out.
