A new venue.. This is in honor of Model Rocketry being illegalized yesterday (March 1st, 2003).

Basically, the deal is, certain compounds of model rocket fuel, are banned chemicals.. So basically, yer cutting off the fuel supply to lil jimmy an his bottle rockets etc..

Why does this not surprise me from this administration... The one that thinks data mining is a good idea (fun article in Scientific American about that.. estimates are something like 1000 terrorists will be found and 10 will get away.. sounds nice until you realize 500,000 innocent Americans will also be tagged by the program). Anyhow, just hang on for 1 1/2 years and then do the one thing that can guarantee a change.. VOTE!

While I feel this is as ridiculous as you do I dont get way you have to slam the ATF for it. Those guys dont make the laws, they just dodge (and some times get hit by) bullets trying to enforce them. Maybe you should focus more on the real threat (Bush, Ashcroft etc.) instead of the guys out there doing their damnedest to keep you and me safe.
