good start..you might want to try a different mat on the walls..it looks a little concave from the lighting (of course, that could be the effect you want..;). Maybe a 2nd light source would flesh out the room a bit more (but does increase render time a little). Check the Render options under File; you can increase the size of the picture as much as you want. I suppose that if you're going for animation, you'd want it as simple as possible. You're off to a good start, my first was a mirror ball (but most of us do start that way..;) Welcome to the club..;)
