It is very blurred but guess thats the effect you wanted, you look like you have nice eyes, maybe you could of kept them in focus then make everything else out of focus

Mmmm....sometimes blurry works, and sometimes it doesn't. Were the eyes in focus, then maybe this might be a successful photo. If you have a tripod, try mounting the camera on it....then experiment with different distances from the lens. This really looks like a case of the camera just being to darn close to your face to focus properly.
