The posing is extremely well done, as is the expression and the fall of the pearls. I would suggest some work on the area around the breast. Tight, clinging fabric will deform the breast slightly, flattening it, and be taut from the bottom of the breast to the ribcage, rather than "tucking under" the breast that way. Looser fabric would hang from roughly nipple-level downward, again not tucking under the breast. The only way the dress could hold its present form is some serious boning, which doesn't suit the flowing lines of the rest of the breast.
