About the picture: Good rain impression, but the droplets on the lens are not so good. When you get drops of water on your lens they're never that sharp. What you get is distortions in your picture. A small droplet occupies a fairly big area of your photograph because of the lens/droplet size ration.

Try looking trough the window when it rains with your face pressed against the window and you'll get the idea :)
