Description


Fitzroy Falls lie in the path of the Yarrunga Creek, in the Morton National Park, and drops over 80 metres down the escarpment, flowing on into the Kangaroo River. Windsor & Newton watercolour, Super Sculpy and acrylic on 300 gsm rough paper. ~ Thanks for viewing :D ~

you rule. And now that I have the immense privilege of seeing for real in my house how vibrant are the colours of your creations, how perfectly detailed, that in the scan gets missed... Only the rainbow lorrikeets are made out of Sculpy - Sculpted, baked, then painted, before glueing them onto the paper ;)

I had to look a few times to reassure myself the description did indeed say 'watercolour';) It's easy to forget when looking at the brilliance of the colours and the incredible detail to this. I love the rough texture to the stone, and the trees are just perfect. Wonderful work!:D
