shouldnt this be in the poser gallery?

Gaspo

This is not Poser! I do not use it. The scene is completely created by myself in 3ds max 4.2. The models are fully animatable ( Biped, Skin modifier, Morpher, Reactor cloth, Shag hair ).

Markdc - your Poser girls look cool indeed. Thanks everybody for nice comments. Maybe, Ill show you "view to kitchen" of the scene to demonstrate I use only 3ds max.

Stupid comments like the "Poser" comments are so detrimental to this community. Even if it was Poser, which it is not, he should feel free to post it in the MAX gallery if it was rendered with MAX. PERIOD! All you are doing is scaring artists off for fear of this kind of rhetoric. This is excellent work that few are capable of. -- dano

I agree with Dandavis and fdw concerning the Poser Issue, using Poser to create Artwork is not a physical defect, i use Poser in my 3D Studio MAX scenes and i better use it anytime necessary rather than posting like many other people here in this community " All made within 3D Studio Max character " that look like anything but a human character !!!! Now concerning Gaspo work it is obvious that this guy do master organic modelling within 3D Studio MAX and as a result it is absolutely normal that it does insist by mentionning that this work as been fully made within MAX when someone does suggest the opposite, after all he is the one who may have spent tens of hours doing this fabulous work..

For "fdw": I didnt take poser as a criticism. I dont want and Im not able, because I dont know this tool. But I get questions, so I answer. Thats all. I feel bad about it now, next time Ill choose words better. I think "Poser community versus Max community" is an absurdity. Poser and Max are amazing 3d tools, but just tools. Imagine that sculptors are parted by their tool resellers or producers. For example here in Europe: Baumax sculptors and OBI sculptors. Does it seem idioticaly? Im sure it does. I hope here are communities - 3d,2d and Photo artists. Thank you for comments!

I would not take poser as a criticism, I would take it as a plus. Poser has some incredible models. And your creation I would say is just as good. Now is far as your work incredible, glad to see such good work with characters within walls. And you Max snobs, there are people that use Max to create poser characters, props, clothing, plus other things to do with poser. Maybe you should try it is not as easy as you think....This is a poser community, poser characters pay the bills here. So keep your comments about poser to yourself. You are just getting a free ride. Now I will say this one more time you people that use Max to show your work here are getting a FREE RIDE!!!. Max does not pay bills. And anyone that uses poser, knows these characters are not a poser character, they have features that are different than any poser character I've seen. Once again incredible work. ======= Hi "Gaspo" You have done absolutely nothing wrong. ===================== There are some people that want to put down people that use poser in this 3-D studio Max Gallery. And I find it very upsetting. They also use probably stolen software, plus other peoples geometry to make their Gallery. And other programs as well for the geometry they use. However they like to put down people, that use poser characters, in their work. Why can't we look at the art and just enjoy what that person has tried to show. Without making other judgments. If it's been rendered in Max, it belongs in this Gallery. Not poser Gallery but in the Max Gallery. Gaspo, your work is great an keep coming back and posting. You have a very good beginning of characters for your future use in Max.
