Here is an update to my first post. It's still a work in progress, anyways feel free to comment, any ideas are welcome.

Very nice architecture! (quite Bespin!)I would make the rock that the little building is on less plain. Also, maybe increase the frequency of the bump on the big building, so that it matches the scale of the little one.. just a thought.
