i was trying to get a nice lens effect, but instead all i got was a nice water effect, anyway here is the final render. [] *

The light is too strong, so I can't see a thing of your tower. What about look from the side to see the ray (add volume light). Also some thunders could help the atmossphere. The water looks very nice :)
