Good work !!! 4 the lighting, try to put another light in the front of the key light or in the front of camera.

Shadow on the water is wrong, the rest of the image suggests a more directly overhead kind of light, besides the bounced light from water would eat out the shadows more.Looks great but like other one better !! ;-)

Very cool model of the boat. I also like how the water is integrated into the photo seamlessly. The boats in the distance seem blown out from too much light compared to the lighting on the model. Cool image!

Damn good work. Your modeling is fantastic... a bit of tweaking on the surfaces, but other than that you've done a terrific job here!
