Well, the tex on the asteroids looks ok, but as far as I know, asteroids aren't always 100% rock. They do contain metals ... so a more metallic (grey-ish) texture would have done the job. You could have used the texture maps that come with max for the moons of Mars (aka Phobos and Deimos). Just my oppinion. Also, great job on positioning them asteroids. You could have given that light source more intensity, though.
