I have to agree - very interesting. There seems to be a bit of pixelation/artefacting along the edges of your tentacles (tendrills). I'm not sure what is causing that, but it distracts a bit from the overall effect. Nice work!

maybe I'll upload some render of this from other points of view..the pixelation along the tentacles is caused by raytrace reflections..I'll solve this on next upload! thanks!

This reminds of the great Science fiction art of the past, very alien in design and inception. The camera angle, reflective colors, and slight over exposure creates a sense of danger.
